Since 1980, Mr. Pennington has
represented employees in all aspects of employment law. He
has also handled many civil rights cases involving persons
with disabilities. Dedicated to equal justice under
the law, Mr. Pennington helped with the passage of the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990, and was
invited by President Bush to attend the signing ceremony on
the East Lawn of the White House. He has written many
articles on employment law and serves on numerous committees

Ms.Ray-Leonetti began practicing
law in 1999. Her primary focus is on employment issues
involving persons with disabilities. She has published many
articles, and recently had a personal essay published in the
book Reflections from a Different Journey, What Adults with
Disabilities Wish all Parents Knew. Ms. Ray-Leonetti dedicates her
